So yesterday I got to attend the Commodore focus show in the UK, Zzap 2026. It the forth time I been able to attend this event, this time it was a new location. I think the new location is defiantly better for car park and the talk space was much better, I didn’t feel the main event space where the computers where much bigger than the previous year. But felt it was big enough. The best thing was there was a much bigger bar space and food available. So I do think the event location was an improvement.
I manage to have a good chat with many from the Amiga community, Amiga Active Editor, Amiga kit, Zzap team members and many user group guys and I think it was Phil Greg, who I got a very cool 3d printed Amiga Boing Ball Light from.

I also written an article for Zzap Amiga on everything next generation Amigas, as many of there audience don’t know that much of what’s out there in this area, so hopeful that might make a few more people aware of what happening in the Amiga scene and the efforts to move the platform forward. I been asked to do more so do plan to hopefully cover more in this area and do review of upcoming project like Amikit 13, Amibench next (much faster) system that I’ve got a few excising details on from Matthew Leman but promised not to tell and I’ve got other ideas for other articles.
So if you not got Zzap Amiga before now, why not Subscribe and check it out, its had a bit of redesign. https://fusionretrobooks.com/collections/zzap-amiga
I hope you enjoy my article in it and if you have any suggestions / feedback then just let me know.
