AmiPad 3.0

A Hollywood app designed for AmigaOS4 owners, this is AmiPad. Basically I realized that a lot of these so called apps on these tablets devices are just web site powered apps with fancy icons, so that started me think what useful HMTL5 apps and web site could i find that work on Amiga web browsers, so here it is.

Features:- 52 web sites and html5 powered apps, ipad inspired design, animation and a whole host of other features.

Under Cover

An FBI agent goes undercover to discover the truth on UFOs, the only way to get in is to get abducted. This game was based on a long animation I made years previously that was based on Flashback and Anotherworld impressive graphics and I wanted to try and make a similar game. This was most likely the most advance game I’ve made to date. It’s a 2d side scrolling game made with a program named backbone. It features many animated scenes and interesting features, such as getting into a car at one point, lead an scientist to safety, take out a UFO ship and avoid a sniper. The game is about 80% complete as it was made in a demo version of backbone (a 2d platform game construction program) and could never quite fix a few errors. For example the start screen loads twice before it allows you to start the game. Graphics where all done in Personal Paint 7.1.

Features:- Highly Animated Graphics, 5 long and varied levels, Help a Friend, Drive a Car, Dodge the Sniper and discover the Truth, Animated Scenes though out the game play.

Made:- Throughout 2000, revisited in 2003 and again this year but was unable to edit the files due to an unknown error coming up.

Aonic the Alien Hedgehog

2d platform that I very quickly put together to see what was possible with backbone when I first used the program. Graphics based on Sonic and where done in Personal Paint.

Features:- One short level, 2 bad guys, collect the rings and free the birds

Made: very quickly thanks to backbone, I think at the start of 2000.

Useless Pet Program 1.0

Ever thought you could look after a virtual pet, well now you can in the Useless Pet Program! This was me getting annoyed with all the Tamagoticy games that where coming out around this time, the game is so basic that I named it Useless. Made on Scala M300 and Personal Paint 7.1.

Made:- Some time in 1999 and is 100% complete and useless!

Who Wants to be a AmigaN? 1.0

Based on the once popular Who wants to be an Millionaire quiz game show this is my Amiga themed version. Sixteen Amiga themed questions you have to get right to become a true AmigaN, complete with Ask Audience and 50/50 help buttons. This was a very short quiz game made in Scala M300, a program similar to PowerPoint and the graphics where done on Personal Paint 7.1.
